I took my car to Auto Salon mid-afternoon for a wash and wax service. The guy with the dread locks (Eric) wasn't the friendliest upon arrival however he quickly got my car in to start washing it. I left my car there to run while I ran some errand and I received a call stating the car is ready to be picked up (after a hour and a half). As I paid the service fee of $70 for a wash and wax, I mentioned to the Eric "Gee, you guys sure did wash and wax my car really quickly". He replied, we do this all day therefore we get done really fast. When I returned home, I began to take a closer look at my car and noticed many things that weren't done or half done. For instance, most importantly my car wasn't waxed (there weren't any wax residue anywhere to show a wax was placed on the car), all of my car windows weren't cleaned properly (they appeared to be poor wiped down with at moist towel), and only one tire looked like it was sprayed with tire shine. I would not recommend this establishment for the cost paid for the service I requested for my vehicle.

Had my suburban completely detailed. Took them all day to do it. The windows were streaked. The roof was not washed and the back seat and back were not vacuumed. I will not use them again.

Very nice service. Our Dodge Charger was looking at little grungy inside and out, but they cleaned it up and now it looks as good as when I was showing it. They even came and got the car from my wife's work and had it ready when she was done.
