Dave helped me change my battery in the hot sun. Great service. Don't t forget to tip these guys for their Free Service. They saved you a ton of money on Labor. Very helpful store. I was traveling. I always use Autozone when possible. Saved my bacon.

I want to share my experience on yesterday 04/18/2024. I came in and bought a headlight to replace. Since it was getting dark I wanted to go ahead and get it changed before leaving their parking lot. I had a hard time trying to get the head light out and asked for help from the employees these, one named Matthew. Matthew tried helping me for about 15 mins and was also unsuccessful with getting the lightbulb removed so he called on his manager Darold to come out and help me remove the bulb. Darold also had a difficult time at first, but was able to get it removed after about 5 mins and replaced the light for me. I really appreciate them for helping me get the light removed. They both took their time and were very polite while doing it. If I could give them both 100 stars I would. Thank you both so much for the help y'all provided me yesterday.

We had an emergency on the road in Jasper, TX. The manager Darold Murray and the customer service representative Carson V were super helpful and gave us the best experience we've had at Autozone. We greatly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for the customer. GOD bless you both and I hope your store values you both.
