But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace.
