I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. About three weeks ago, I went in because I needed to switch from AT&T to another carrier, as there are no AT&T towers where I live. I brought my own device and a Cricket SIM card. The customer service agent was friendly, but he was unable to get my device and SIM to work, which I understood.
Instead, he sold me a brand-new device, SIM card, and data plan. I spent well over $250 that day. After driving 50 minutes back home, I discovered that Cricket also has no coverage in my area. I am an online teacher and rely on high-speed internet, so this has caused major problems.
What frustrates me the most is that the store employee never checked tower availability or coverage in my area before selling me everything. It has now been 15 days, and because of their 10-day return policy, I’m told I can no longer return the device—even though the service simply does not work where I live.
To make matters worse, I was given a “customer card” and told I could call anytime for help. I have attempted to call the store 107 times over the past couple of hours, and either no one answers or someone picks up and immediately hangs up. This is completely unacceptable. Now I will have to take time off work, drive an hour round-trip, and very likely be told, “I’m sorry, you’re past the 10 days.”
I also realized this location is not listed with the BBB in my area, and I will be filing an online resolution with them.
I am extremely frustrated, out a significant amount of money, and still without service

I bought the phone from this cricket store the phone doesn't work it has viruses all over it I tried to get these guys to replace the phone but they will not do it within 7 days do not buy a phone from them they are worse than worst

The ladies at this location were amazing and so helpful!!! 20 times better than any cricket store I've been to. They need to send these ladies to train the DeRidder and Leesville stores!!
