I absolutely love banking here! I have been to a few other locations but Jasper is my favorite! Everyone is always so nice and very helpful! We use DuGood for personal and business accounts they have been great for both!

My wife and I have a business and personal accounts with DFC. We are members in good standing with the them. My issue with DFC Union is they will NOT loan you any money if you don't prove to them you are actively paying Federal Taxes. My last attempt to get a SMALL loan (3000) for 1 month. I had an outstanding invoice that was past 25 days and therefore I needed $3,000 to make a few payments (one of the payments was to DFCU). THEY DENIED the loan because I could not give them a copy of my 2022 tax return because it had been extended and was still with my professional tax service. I had multiple years prior to 2022 but they told me because I could not prove I was paying Federal Taxes, they were denying the loan. What a sad day for hard working American citizens when your bank has been weaponized against hard working middle class people. Shame on DFCU!!

I have no idea why anyone would bank anywhere else but at Jasper Dugood. Katrina, Jennifer the beautiful Haley, Kenzi, and Madison are all super. I mentioned all their names because anyone of these Ladies will treat you with respect and make you feel like you matter. All of these fine Ladies have waited on me and say hello when I come in. Thank you Ladies for making my banking experience great.

BEWARE!!!! Dugood Federal Credit Union allowed my father in laws's soon to be ex-wife clean out a checking and savings account he shared with my husband with a forged power of attorney. So if your a thief you can take a forged power of attorney to them and take anyone's money no questions asked.

Visit Dugood Federal Credit Union for an auto loan. The person assisting us was Jennifer Forward. She was very professional, very helpful and very understanding to our needs. Could not have been any more pleasant on the service we receive from her and the credit union. Now to find the vehicle we want to purchase. Thanks for a job well done.

I'd give no stars if I could. Rude, pretentious and honestly a mistake for this Credit Union member to even walk in. I wanted to give them $100 in bills to get a $100 bill for a graduation card. I'm not a member of their back, so they sent me out. Bank somewhere that cares about customer service and excellence. This is not the place.
