I was in an automobile accident in Tennessee while visiting. I drove my vehicle home with faith and prayer. It was an ordeal with my insurance company until I walked into Jerry's Collision Repair. They were one of the very FEW places in my area that worked with my insurance company (The General). They took over all dealings from that moment. They didn't put my car in the shop til they had all the parts, which was a task because of the vehicle I own (2007 Lexus RX 400H). They have kept me updated, been nothing but friendly and helpful the entire experience. The entire office staff (especially Keisha and Angie) the body guy, Alan and of course Mr Jerry was nothing but friendly, professional and always upfront and honest with me. Well the work looks good. There does seem to be some excessive nose from the door which we need to look in to. Customer service was good, except notifications. Problems with supply chain, thanks government, but I want notified until I called which kinda sucked. Work was good, but wasn't kept "in the loop".... If need again I'll probably return because they didn't seem to mess me over like another body shop in Jasper did.... Good work and loved the receptionist! She was great and friendly.

My mom came here because insurance couldn't find her a car in Lufkin. They put the wrong sunroof in, broke the necklaces she had hanging from her mirror, and broke the mirror so it flops down when she hits a bump in the road. If you want a place that knows what they're doing, then go to S&W in Lufkin, TX.
