We ordered a refrigerator on Sunday via the internet and from Lowe's in Jasper. We got a confirmation and we're told it would be delivered on Monday. Monday morning the payment was taken out of our bank. No refrigerator showed up. Tuesday, no refrigerator. It took several calls to the store to finally talk to a person. We were told a third party delivery service had it & we would need to call them. Nope, that is the responsibility of the store so we made the person we were talking with call. She was told it would be delivered at a later date. What?? How can you run business this way. Still no refrigerator. Very disappointed in this store.

I'm handicapped, had a buggy full of things I needed. Went to checkout and only self checkout was open. There was a young man that worked there standing in the middle of the area and I told him if there's no registers open, I'm not checking myself out, it's too difficult. He just looked at me with a deer in the head light glaze, so I emptied my buggy and left the store. Lowe's lost that sale, and future sales from me. I'll bring my business to Parker's and OCBM for now on. Lowe's you used to ask how we like the new Lowe's? I can't stand it!!!! Good job!!!

This is the worst Lowes. The Lowes app gives you inventory and location that absolutely does not work for this store. It is a 25 mile round trip so I always check inventory using the app before making the drive. You have about a 50/50 chance they will have the item even though it indicates it's in stock and a good chance it will not be in the location listed. I will say they are consistent.
