0 this particular Lowe's in Jasper Texas was the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my 30 years in trade. Don't ever go to the store the employees have attitudes the management is garbage and they will consistently charge you more than what's on the sticker I'll never go back to the store ever and I live a couple of miles away and it's the closest hardware store within 100 miles but I'll never go there again

Wouldn’t even give them a one star but had to pick one to leave this review. Spent over $1400 on washer and dryer and then paid for delivery. Of course they had to get it out of Alexandria Louisiana and finally at 4:30 I called the driver and they went to a town 2 hours north of me and said that is where google maps took them. They said they would not deliver although at that time they were in Jasper Texas which is 15 miles from my town also they said I could meet them somewhere and they would give it to me. What!!!! Worst delivery service ever. Told Lowe’s at Jasper and they advised that it would take 7 to 10 days to accredit my account but they sure did debit the same day for the purchase. What a joke Lowe’s is. Will be telling everyone how bad my experience was.

I purchased but never opened or used the fiberglass joint tape a few days over the 90 day return window. My handyman finally was able to come out few days ago to work on my walls. He said the tape I got, NEVER USED OR OPENED was not the best kind for my needs and what he recommended is $10 more but worth the money. I just called Lowes in Jasper TX to see if I could return it, NOT for a refund but to apply the purchase price ( I have the receipt) to the more expensive kind. They service lady that answered replied in SPANISH.....I told her I did not understand her, then she spoke ENGLISH. I explained the situation and she said they can not allow the return for credit since I waited too long. I told her I wished to GOD that there was a HOME DEPOT closer and hung up. Can't find where to email or how to contact management. Answered me in SPANISH, really ? This is NOT Mexico or California ! ! !

Thank you for having a disabled woman cry because she needed assistance loading a sheet of plywood into a truck. This goes to show that the staff you employee are not above refusing assistance. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Maybe Lowe’s should reevaluate their customer service standards…
