One star was only because I have to give a star to put a review. Metro representatives just bold face LIED to my mother. They told her she had to get a cell phone to get the service, they also told her she had a 30 days money back guarantee. My mother had the service less than 24 hours before going back to cancel the service. Not only did she not give her money back l, they only give her $54 back and stated the almost $100 remaining would be credited or applied to the cell phone for two months. Along with that they told her in the beginning it would be $25 a month, and today it is $54 a month. Horrible business practice and a straight up SCAM. DON'T TRUST THEM AND DON'T GET THERE SERVICE!!!

Definitely not my choice on pay as you go Providers. Never answered the phone, advertising not accurate to online sources, and then the reception is very limited indoors. AT&T and Vrz are much better and even Str8Tlk

I went in on April 30th due to an issue I was having with my SIM card. The guy working at that time wasn't able to help me with the technical issue due to my phone's specific plan, but he was helpful in giving me recommendations and he pointed me in the direction I should go. I do recommend this location simply because the staff that was there that day did everything he could in a positive and professional way. Professionalism goes a long way.

We tried three or four times to get them on the phone at this local office. No one ever answered. I do mean no one. We were coming from out of town wanted to make sure they were open.We drive by on the way to the corporate store by Pizza Hut, because they did answer the phone, in the worker is literally sitting by the front door playing on her phone, but will NOT answer the business phone. I figured it was a bad idea for me to stop because I was pretty upset.The people at the corporate store were super nice and took care of my problem, fast and professionally.This store across from Walmart is a joke and I will be calling trying to speak to the manager if possible tomorrow. That is, if they will answer the phone.

The internet Doesn't work in the jasper tx area as i was working at the jasper tx location we was trained and told to change the address to Houston area so that the customer will buy it the equipment the internet doesn't work in this area at all if you they change your address to Houston to sale it to you but then change it back to your real address so you would think it really works in tour area but really it dont if you have been tricked in to getting then internet tou might want to call customer service and see about your address and the last address change

Tried calling them for 3 hours and no answer. Drove by there and the person working was setting by the door on their personal cellphone while I was making the call to the store. Very poorly run company. Then closed an hour before closing. Never will go back

Not sure if it's just this store or Metro in general. Sold me an internet plan that technically wasn't available (faked my address it said I wasnin Katy TX on my account). Worked great for about 6 months, then spent the other 6 months with little to no internet. Phone had 5g no problem (spent hours on the phone with very hard to understand customer service, they eventually gave up and told me to cancel). Also told me I had to have a phone with them to have internet which I was later told is not true and was likely to double up their commission. Shady place, and this cost me atleast $500 worth of internet I never was able to use. Refund after cancelation 12.50. Incredibly garbage customer service. When I find time I'll file a BBB complaint.

Never answer the phone when you call. Why be in business if you can't be courteous enough to answer the phone but they sure want your money when it is time to pay. Need new management.
