Pulled into the parking lot with a bad alternator causing the charge of our battery to drop down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Mr Earl with his scanner, which is a free service by the way, how cool is that.
They had a alternator in stock. Diagnostics and handover was 10 minutes and my crew handled the mechanical sway I'm another 15 and we were on our way. Couldn't ask for more.

Scott is an idiot and does not listen to the customer. Repeatedly looks up parts for the wrong vehicle, then treats you like you're an idiot for telling him he's wrong because he's not even on the right vehicle.
