Just wanted to give a quick shout out of thanks to Charlie Buckner and his service team for going beyond the call of duty to take care of some issues with my Z521 Ranger that my son was using to fish a tournament the next day. Not only did they drop what they were doing but even stayed over past the normal closing hours to complete the repairs and to top it off were not some professional fisherman just a father son amateur fishing team. Not only that although I purchased my boat from another Premier Boating Center it wast at the Jasper location. Now I understand why everyone around lakes Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend highly recommended this dealership for all your boating needs.

We’ve all been there, when you are out on the water to fun fish for a weekend or practicing for a tournament and sure enough something on your boat isn’t working. Well it happened to me, and after calling several places around Rayburn to ONKY be told they couldn’t even look at, I stopped by Premier Boating Center in Jasper and was met by service manager Garret Cobb. He immediately got me to his service center to at minimum diagnose the problem and then determine if it was fixable. I told him I had a tournament this weekend, so he and the service tech went to work. They got me fixed up and ready to fish.
I can’t promise they’ll be able to fix your problem that quick, but I can guarantee you they’ll try to immediately diagnose the issue and treat you as a priority. I highly recommend you go to them for any routine or emergency work. Ask for Garret, you will not be sorry.

My husband, Scottie and I purchased a Ranger and are overall happy with the process. There were a few mishaps along the way, but the staff made up for it each time. Cole was honest and helpful, the finance person was diligent and upfront and the managers stepped in when needed. Thank you!

I had a major issue with my outboard motor that burnt up wires and the starter as well as the alternator. Garret was the best and took care of everything. The job was supposed to take over 15 days but he got everything done in record time. My thanks goes out to the crew that worked on my boat. I will certainly use Premier Boating again.

I can’t say enough about Cole, Terri and the whole crew at Premiere Boating center in Jasper. Definitely some of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Cole and Terri were truly amazing going above and beyond to answer each and every question we had with the buying process making it truly effortless!! I took my boat to another dealer yesterday and they confirmed that the reason the active target sonar isn't working is because the module is not properly connected to power. Was told that my boat would be in and out no more than 48 hours. How can a dealer after 3 weeks do as much screwing up I don't know but I can guarantee I won't come back to find out again. All I asked for was to have my depth finder and sonar mounted and wired properly. But yall managed to misplace my boat seat flatten a tire and bend its rim and return my boat incomplete with the active target not even powering on. I feel cheated being that if your guys didn't fully understand the task at hand they should've recommended another company instead of wasting my time and money.

The whole team is fantastic. Cole is my salesman, and was honest and a great help in getting me into the right boat. I can't be happier with the whole process, including the sales process, parts, service, financing, and them taking me out on the lake to teach me all the in's and out's of my new skeeter FXr21 75th anniversary edition.
