My wife and I have been in this store twice in the last two weeks and both times the girl at the register which was the same girl both times never put her phone down and stopped her conversation with whoever was on the other end the phone when we checked out or when we walked in and asked where we could find screws. This is uncalled for put your phone down. Wait on your customers. I’m leaving a review here but you bet you’re sweet behind if I go in there again and it happens Again, I will call the one 800 number to tractor supply and follow a complaint there I do a lot of business with track supply and I should be showed the respect that I deserve when I go in there

Every time I call, always EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees always go above and beyond. They also have phones they bring with them when you ask questions about a product. So they don't put you on hold, they actually walk to the product and explain exactly what it is, price, and read instructions etc. Extremely helpful and the prices are very competitive. So nice to actually call a place that really cares about your concerns. They are, and always willing to help you, and never put you on hold.

Went to pick up propane told me it was a 45 minute wait set there and waited for 45 minutes went back in told me there was no one there to fill it she'll be back in 30 minutes this is happened to me numerous times.

Patricia and Tractor Supply saved our trip by being the only store in town to carry proper camper equipment and accessories. Very helpful staff!

Never fails anytime I go to TS (a lot) someone is always ready to help me.
Sterling and Gracelyn alway answers my questions and helps me choose the correct feed, vaccines and wormer I need for my animals. I rescued a horse recently, I’m grateful they were there to help me
They carry my feed to my vehicle cause I’m unable to lift heavy items.
Amy at the register is alway the sweetest.
They are the reason I keep coming to the Jasper location!

Sterling at your Jasper, Texas location needs some recognition. She is always very helpful, courteous, and friendly....and never stops smiling...which is contagious !

This store in Jasper is considerably higher than all the other TSCs around Jasper, check for yourself on the TSC app big difference in prices. As much as 8 to 10 dollars more.
