we tried to cash a check, apparently we Couldn't , the employe or 'someone' tried stealing it, they gave us the wrong receipt for the check as well, took to long to talk to the manager. and now we have to wait longer for it ,all I have to say is terrible terrible terrible ! some employees are very nice but most are rude and unhelpful.

Always out of stock on groceries. Employees can be rude. The grounds outside are littered. Parking lot full of baskets.

I ordered an Anniversary cake for my parents 62 anniversary party. Everyone there could not say enough about how good the cake was and how pretty it looked. So a big Thank you if I knew who baked it I would be more than happy to post her name on here. Need a cake for a special occasion you can't go wrong at the bakery in Jasper

My husband and I git married in October and wanted our wedding to be on a budget but beautiful. Knowing Jasper and how scarce services are, we decided to order our cake through Walmart. I was very skeptical because not one of my cakes I’ve order through Walmart (other locations) came out like it was pictured online. Upon picking it up 2 days before our special day my jaw dropped. It was a beautiful 2 tier cake perfectly iced and carefully placed raspberries. I’m very happy with it and I will order from them again.

Pitiful customer service. Every worker is RUDE! Needs new management because someone is very uneducated on managing this store! Fire every worker there! Get decent worker!

Can not even get a phone answered. Very sad run store. Needs to be closed down and a better business put in its place for the community

This store has to be run by China. The pharmacy is sad. They can never get more than one prescription ready at a time and it takes a week to do that. I don't go to Walmart unless it to p/u Rx. Don't shop there anymore. Everything is from Mexico. The mask wearing by employees is insulting to customers. It's a wonder they have any left. Walmart Jasper Tx is always out of something. I havent' been able to purchase 'PineSol' since before the WUHAN virus panic. All in all, they rate below a one but that wasn't a choice.

Worst customer service on the planet. Counter person was ignorant about ammunition sale and manager was equally uninformed. Looks like it's a good thing Walmart will stop selling ammo as it will cut down on their inability to conduct a legal sale.

They treat customers like criminals. They demanded to see my receipt as I left the store. The store just gave me the receipt. I'm guessing so they can check I'm not stealing something. What type of business assumes their clients are criminals. Never stopping at this place again!

Jasper- Walmart sucks. Always out of stock on items you buy everyday. If you inquire about an item they never listen to your full question, it's always the same, we cant get it. Funny, tag is on shelf, or I got it before. Only positive thing I can say is I went to Assistant Manager one day to help me with a T.V. I found on line that said it was in stock at Jasper store. Lazy girl working Dept said they didn't have it, didn't even look, (Nay) I believe her name. I had been in there 3/4 weeks trying to find this smart TV, Mr. A.J. was the one who went above & beyond to help me find the TV &purchase it at on line price. Also helped load & secure it in the trunk of my car. Funny, all the girls in that dept kept telling me it was not in stock. But yet the dept manager rolled it out of the back. Thumbs up to her & Mr. A.J. For the rest of Jasper Wal Mart, shut it down, I'll go to Woodville or Beaumont.

This Walmart get some bad reviews. Yes, its not great for selection. Shop Walmart online is the answer, about the same price and free 2nd-day shipping, way bigger selection, problem solved, get over it. It is true, they sell what the store wants you to buy when there cheaper alternatives if a person ever shop at USAVE foods and learn that big "Corp. Brands" not the only choices. What we see is "country folks" not adapting to changing times, it all going online and "ask Alexia". Who really wants to go in town anyway wasting gas and mileage on our expensive cars? For lack of checkers, use self-check out or the new Mobil scan and go, get over it, adapt. Stockers, checkers, floor buffers,truck drivers, stockers, ect. all going to robotics very soon, adapt, get over it. Teach your kid to code computers, not woodworking, FFA, welding, stupid football, adapt people, adapt. The employees at Walmart Jasper always been nice to us, they just working folks like everybody else.
