My family has done business with Johnson's for a number of reasons: body work, glass replacement, inspections, towing, tire rotation, and brake job. They have been truly pleasant to deal with and true to their word. Repairs and service are always very well done in a reasonable time frame and affordable prices.

Our car was towed by Jefferson Collison Repair after an accident. They were easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Courtney went out of her way to help my 86 year old mom retrieve her personal belongings from the totalled car.

On a road trip from out of town and they were able to get us in last minute before they closed. Very friendly and polite and did a great job and quickly got us back in the road! Thank you Johnson Collision!

Do not rely on this company to give you a tow . I’ve called them for over an hr this morning call was forwarded every time. I’ve worked with a tow company most business is usually after hours . So if you’re in a bind don’t expect this company to be there call Wayne’s or a company in Marshall.
