We had a wonderful family reunion here at Shepherds Pasture in celebration of my parents 40th anniversary. Romey was a pleasure to work with thru all the planning in the weeks prior to the reunion. The meals were delicious and very adequate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to do a family reunion. Thanks so much to the staff for their part in making my parents dream of a family reunion come true!

We had a family gathering and it was a great place to have it at. There is a volleyball net and 2 basketball nets. Also they let us use some discs to practice disc golf with. They have 2 baskets there. Not sure I can relate to some reviews a month ago that the food wasn’t good or enough. There was plenty and the food was very very delicious. Thank you very much to all you staff who made it very enjoyable.

I was there for a family reunion. We used this place due to the great reviews which turned out to not be accurate. The owners' attitudes left much to be desired. I'm not even going to speak on the "food" that was served. If I could have left this without giving them a star I would have.

We stayed here this past weekend for a family reunion. The idea and the property was great! Can’t say the same for the owners. The price included meals but the size and portions of the “meals” is what you would provide for preschool students. No season and they proceeded to eat before all of the guest were fed. The owner Romy seemed to have an attitude the whole time. She was rude. Her husband seemed nicer but when she was around he drew back and would leave. The facility would be a great convenience for small gatherings but the ownership gives it a hard NO!

I'm only giving 1 star so that I can leave my review. Overall it was a nice place for our reunion but the attitudes of the owners could have been better. They would fix their plates before completely serving us. Food wasn't enough to feed all of us to start with. We were told when all the food was gone, that was it. I asked for a thigh but was given a small piece of chicken breast. If you have more than probably 10 people, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Recently stayed here for a family reunion. Shepherd's Pasture offered us the ability to house most of our family on site so we could be together. There was plenty of space for outdoor activities; and clean, air conditioned buildings for gathering in comfort. Stayed in Glory House: was clean, cool, comfortable and housed 6 with ease. No issues with parking for the amount of vehicles we had. Dewayne (one of the owners) was pleasant. I'd book a stay here again for myself. I'd book a stay for a large group here, but I'd plan on having the meals catered in.

I was so thrilled and thankful that the LORD led me to Shepherd's Pasture! I'd been a live-in caregiver for my very disabled, widowed, 82-year-old mother for months, and definitely needed a respite! The LORD provided enough care through Hospice and others so that I could spend a few days, just me and God, to rest and recharge. I slept most of the time, and enjoyed a peaceful walk and meditation of the Word outside otherwise. Time at Shepherd's Pasture (Glory House) was the perfect answer; quiet, private, in a delightful and roomy setting, at a very reasonable price. I look forward to visiting again, as soon as possible!

I have been going to this place since I was a kid! We have had trips with our church and family here for over 15 years!! My lil one is due next month and I cannot wait to keep the tradition going!!! I pray we visit 2024 or 2025 so y’all can meet Laura’s grand baby!! ?
