We returned our Toyota RAV4 on time this morning and was told we would receive an email confirmation in 7-10 minutes and see our deposit return in 24-48 hours. It’s been 1 hour and we haven’t received our email confirmation for the return. I called this location and was put into voicemail after selecting option 4 to speak with someone at this location. I left a voicemail. I’m still waiting on a return call and email confirmation.The Toyota RAV4 was a nice rental, but the car didn’t offer a smooth ride. We could feel every bump in the road.The manager was nice and professional.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They brought me a dirty car and i had no other option then to take it because they had no other vehicles available. Not to mention I wanted a gas saver and they bring me a Chevy Camaro! The guy told me don’t worry about putting gas, gas was on him. “Bring it on empty” he said! So I was billed for crack windshield and for gas, then they did a claim with my insurance for the windshield.How are you going to give me a dirty car and charge me for something that was already there? I called and talked to Helanna Salinas and she was the rudest person ever and talked down to me and hung up on me! I called back several times and no answer.I called the 800 number 3 different times and they said they were going to take care of all charges but still didn’t. No wonder she talk to customers like that because nothing is ever done. I will never go back to enterprise especially this location!!! So unprofessional!! If I could, I would give them zero stars so disappointing!

I wish I could remember the girl’s name that processed the rental but I guess it doesn’t matter. First of all, I walk into the office where no one greeted me and the only girl that was available for customer service was stuffing her face with food. The guy at the other desk was on the phone with a customer and there was a third girl there that sat in the middle of these two scrolling on her phone (still not sure what her role was). Anyways, I arrived earlier than my scheduled rental time so they only had smaller cars available. I let the girl know that I tried calling and left a voicemail, she said rudely “we don’t check voicemails”. What kind of business doesn’t check voicemails. She lazily brought out the first car which was disgustingly dirty on the inside and scratched up on the outside as well. The car that I ended up leaving with was not great either and had scratches on the outside that I made sure to take pictures of. That girl did not even want to get up and do the usual walkthrough of the vehicle, that’s not something I should’ve had to ask for. Anyways, I left that place unsatisfied to say the least. I really hope that they bring more warmth and professionalism to this place because that was an unacceptable experience.

Rented a vehicle after mine was broke into to get back home and they told me one price and billed me an extra $500. Didn't even have the vehicle for 24hours. Returned to a location that was closed and did the whole drop box thing and they billed me for 2 extra days i didn't have the vehicle. They knew where i was returning it they could have told me that upfront. When i called to discuss the lady that answered the phone was not helpful and didn't want to hear any of it. It was already highway robbery for 1 day at $494 buck but then another 2days i didn't even have it. Service has gone to hell these days. This is something they could have clearly told me in advance since lots of locations are closed on weekends but no one said a word. Luckily I am in a situation where i can afford this but i feel sorry for the ones who CAN NOT. It was already bad enough the reason i had to rent the vehicle and now this. I wish there could be negative stars because they would have rec'd them.

Google says 1 star, I say 0. This review isn’t for the entire branch, just for Justin. I question anyone’s credibility and concern for customers that would hire an employee like him. He was the most unpleasant and unhelpful employee that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering across sectors (retail, fast food, etc). Wow. Disregard the fact that my sister was involved in a major car accident and needed some extra time to get her insurance information together. He unkindly reminded her that she “had 10 minutes” because the store was closing. When I decided to put the rental under my name (obviously we were holding him up), he felt the need to explain to me how car rentals work, hinting that I may not be able to afford the security deposit …as if I have never rented a car before. I am 30 years old. He also demonstrated extreme immaturity as me mumbled comments under his breath. It might be worth the investment to send Justin to a training on customer service. Without customers you have no job to hurry out of.

No one likes to need car repairs, but the gentlemen at the Enterprise in Joe Myers made it is as pleasant as possible. They were very kind with my questions and concerns and were experts with working with insurance for car rental claims. Thank y'all so much!

Totally disappointed with Enterprise today! Ultra poor service and attitude. Booked a Full-sized car a week ago and was told there is only Chevy Sparks which is obviously not enough for my family. The lady had the take it or leave it attitude which disgusted me. Later when another customer came, she offered him a truck, and when asked why I was not offered the truck, she just kept quiet. Asked her to call the other branch and she told me couldn’t get the manager. I went over anyway and came to find out she didn’t even call. Enterprise… you are so disappointing, if this is the service you provide. I walked away asking to cancel my rental for 6 days.Don’t come to this store!

After several attempts to contact this branch to ensure they had a car available to rent before arriving, I have given up. Several phone calls over several days. Over an hour of wait time on the phone. I tried multiple other branches with similar results. Why have these branches if management isn't going to staff them to handle customers?If you want to find out if a branch has cars, you can't just call one number and find out. Each branch has its own inventory. You have to call each branch separately. And they barely answer the phone.If you have the option of booking a rental car with Enterprise or walking to your destination, you'll have better odds just walking.Unfortunately, I have to use Enterprise because that's what my auto insurance mandates. I have considered switching insurance companies just to never have to deal with Enterprise again.
