I came in looking for a storage unit and honestly wasn’t sure what size or option I needed. Jody was such a big help from the start. She greeted me right away, walked me through everything, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She even showed me a couple of units so I could get a better idea of what would work.
What stood out the most was how patient and down to earth she was. You can tell she really cares about making sure people leave happy and taken care of, not just trying to get you in and out. By the time I left I felt like a weight had been lifted because she made the whole process so simple.
Customer service like that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this location and if you go ask for Jody because she will take great care of you.

I can’t say enough good things about Jody at Public Storage. She went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs and was incredibly generous with her time. She answered all my questions thoroughly, made the process smooth and stress-free, and treated me with such kindness. It’s rare to find someone so patient and genuinely helpful. Jody is the reason I’ll continue to recommend this location—thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality was top-notch, the service I got from Jody was friendly and professional, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear a lot of care and effort goes into helping those who come in. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back when I need another unit in the future.

Their Public Storage App sucks as I attempted to pay my monthly due. It won't let me pay my overdue balance. And I'm planning to find a good storage company once I'll be back in Houston, TX because of my very bad experience using their app. I'm hoping they will fix the problem asap because unhappy customers like me won't stay because of poor service. And they charged $70 for a late fee, with in fact that I had been trying to pay my balance but it didn't let me pay and that's why my account was overdue because of that.
