This a very cool place. The Bamberger Ranch is an inspiration to all who are trying to care for native land. However, they dammed a creek running through the ranch. I wonder what the environmental impact has had on all the wildlife and plant life below the dam. It seems to me that removing the dam would prove that the Bamberger Ranch does care about ethical land management.

See what Texas used to look like before man arrived. Unbelievable what this man did. An inspiration for restoration projects everywhere.

This place is incredible! Such a treasure of information in the hill country. The team there is so knowledgeable and proud of the land they help manage. Mr Bamberger is an inspiration and I feel so lucky to have discovered him and Selah and all it stands for in being better humans to Mother Earth.

This is a good place to visit. But as a children camp it’s not they literally had no fun activities at all maybe they should look in to what llyc does or pine cove or camp longhorn. But I did have really fun with my friends there

An incredible example of native ecological restoration in the Texas hill country. Public tours are available for a small fee. You might even get to meet Mr. Bamberger himself, what an inspiration! Highly recommended, especially educational for children and families.

Honestly an amazing place, with an amazing story. When you spend a night here, it feels so nice to be disconnected from the outside world. Taking a night walk and watching the bats was incredible!

I was fortunate to take a workshop on Native Grasses at this ranch. It was absolutely beautiful, and the story of the ranch, and what Mr Bamberger did with it is very inspiring!
