Cockroaches, cockroaches, and more cockroaches. Couldn’t sleep due to said cockroach infestation. Also smelled like sewer inside the building, in our room, and on the grounds. Worst experience ever. Told the front desk and they sure did not seem the least bit surprised.Rooms: 1/5

This hotel is FILTHY. Do not stay here. Parking lot full of cats. Dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. I made several trips to office to get a clean ice bucket…ours had water in it. There were also 2 used bars of soap left in our bathroom. Drive over to Fredericksburg.

Great motel. Right off Hwy 281 with easy access. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The refrigerator and microwave worked great. The price was very affordable. The service was very friendly. They did have a breakfast, but we did not try it.
