The Best Western Johnson City Inn offers a wonderful experience for guests. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with a beautiful large outdoor area featuring picnic tables, a grill, and string lights that add charm in the evenings. The pool area is also nice. The service is outstanding, with a delicious breakfast buffet that has many choices, including a yogurt and fruit/toppings bar that guests especially enjoy. The hotel is pet-friendly, with bottom floor rooms available near the park for easy access to walk dogs. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests, such as providing information about local natural areas to visit. The Western-themed decor fits the area perfectly and is delightful. Overall, the hotel is in a great, central location and offers an excellent value, with many guests planning to return again in the future.

Wonderful experience, we were traveling with dogs and asked for a bottom floor room, were given the one on the corner right by the park for easy access to walk them. The breakfast was great, and the lady at check in was so nice and helpful. We plan on returning again later this summer! A+
