Took a while to have our order taken, no one else in line. We had good service after we had placed our order. Got a hunger buster Burger and the meat Patty look like an overcooked sad thing. The burger still tasted good. Sadly they were out of bacon. The blizzard was yummy.Food: 4/5

DQ hits all the marks. Family friendly. Tried their tacos for the first time. Can't complain. Service was FAST. I heard other patrons saying the same. Ordered ice cream with our meal and was able to come to the counter for the ice cream after our meal (I asked, of course).Food: 5/5

If you are looking for the utmost consistent suck factor, this is the DQ for you. They will never get a simple order right and put no effort into their work ethic.Last time, it was over fried and cold chicken strips. This time, I get handed a melting blizzard with no lid and whipped cream falling over. After pointing out this obvious BS, I get told there are no lids and get handed an improvised plastic bowl skirt. This did nothing, and I needed to transport this to someone else.Clearly very fresh staff working at this location. I'm sure these are the types that complain about only getting $14 an hour (drive thru hiring sign).

The hamburgers were brought to us extremely fast and we soon found out why. They must have been precooked and were not warm enough to melt the cheese.

Service was friendly but the fries were cold and my Belt Buster turned into a Hunger Buster. Just wish when my food was down graded my bill had been as well. I’ll be back but I’ll check my food before I leave if I’m driving.

Lady working the drive thru on Saturday is as rude as Ive ever have ever experienced at any Dairy Queen. She is just angry because she's working on Saturday I guess. Still no reason to be rude. You could see she was being rude to the vehicle in front of us as well.

It's your average DQ. I have only gone through the Drive Thru and it was really efficient. The food was good. Your average DQ senario.

I ordered a 4 pc steak finger basket at the drive thru. It took 48 minutes to get my order. Then when I got it, it didn't have the gravy in it. They wouldn't answer their business phone. So trying to call an order in is out of the question. Then by the time I got my order, it was cold.

Every 2 weeks I grab lunch at this establishment. Over time I have ignored poor service and long waits. Times are hard. This time I will NOT ignore and I will never patronize a Richeson Dairy Queen again. I placed my order at the counter with a very unfriendly teenager. I took my number and went to wait for the food. During this time I got my drunk, straw, napkins and catsup. Hands full I tossed my receipt in the trash after checking my number. Three orders were placed after mine on the same register--all three got their orders while I waited. After approximately 15 minutes a woman asked what I was waiting on. I told her, she asked for my receipt and I told her I had tossed it but that it was #6. Keep in mind only THREE customers came after me on the register. She then exchanges gossip with a person at a table. Comes back and tells me my order had been "overlooked". Okay...stuff happens but my appetite had decided to leave and I asked for my money back. Same woman tells me I have to have the receipt I had told her I had tossed in order to get a refund. My order was 3 orders back on the register and I had told her the #6. So, I trash can dived for the receipt. Horrible service for inferior fast food. This restaurant deserves a minus star.

In case you're storing at the drive thru for 15 minutes, no it doesn't work... Drive to the window and order. (The lack of a sign to tell use this is one star)Very very kind staff! Sweet kids, very helpful!It's DQ, so it's awful for you... but YUMMY. Sometime's you get a hankerin' for ANYTHING dipped in Gravy with an ice cream chaser. This is your place!!! ❤️

They were either understaffed or not on their game. The lady up front was very nice and had a great sense of humor. The drive-thru speaker never worked so we drove up to the window and still no luck so we went in, waited 20min just to order and then waited another 20 min for food to start arriving. What should have been a quick drive-thru experience ended up being about a 90min pit stop. The food was ok. My order wasn’t correct and the limeade was not to my preference, but the kids enjoyed their chicken fingers and fries. The kids LOVED their blizzards! They defied gravity as hoped. Since I don’t live in the area I will probably never return.

Slow service through the drive through. Tried to give me someone else's food. Blizzards were delicious. Jalitios were barely warm but alright to eat.
