Dollar General claims they are a Fed Ex drop off location, however either they scanner doesn’t work , the employees don’t know how to scan the package into the system or they refuse your package (12”x16”x19” box) because “it doesn’t fit on my shelf” . The employees are confrontational and downright rude.

Wish I could give this place a 0 rating. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude employee at the register.. she was even ugly to my 9 year old daughter.

The dollar manager is very racist. If you're Hispanic, she tries to try, I hope she changes manager. She's very rude to Hispanics. She even makes her racist face when she looks at us.
