“Harvest House is a family owned business that is worth the drive, no matter where you live. Even when I lived in Houston, I would drop my deer off there and then drive 4 hours to go pick them up when they were finished.All of their products are excellent, and their summer sausage is hands down the best I have ever had. Make sure you try the "Jalapeño/Cranberry" summer sausage, it is amazing! They have after hours drop-off for your wild game, and what you drop off is what they give back. They do not mix and match customer's animals, like other processors tend to.They also offer USDA certified processing of cattle, pigs, goats, etc. Just make sure to call well in advance to set-up a processing date.”
