I am a new practitioner to this space but I can report it is very accessible to all levels. Amanda is an awesome teacher and you will be welcomed with open arms. There are lane views from the room on the terrace level of the Highland Lakes Grill. Come and try it out on Wednesday’s from 6-7 pm.

Amanda is a really wonderful teacher, and the location is incredible. The pace of the class is comfortable, yet I still found myself feeling like after a good workout after. Happy that Soul Society Yoga exists in Lago?
