Suggestion to this facility. Please add a sign that says your recycle oil drums are full. Come back another day. Then apologize for allowing a customer to bring several gallons of oil only to be told it’s full with no apology or suggestion. All the oils. We’re in plastic containers. Be more customer oriented please.

Joshua AZ is a great place to do business. Joe, Rene, and the team are always helpful, polite, and professional. I happened to be in the store when a customer was being rude after he had purchased the wrong part online. The employee offered him a full refund while also communicating firmly but professionally that he wasn't going to allow himself to be yelled and cussed at. I congratulated the employee on how well he had handled the situation. I realize that some online places may be cheaper but I enjoy great customer service.
