I love Oreilly's because these guys are trained expects in their automotive line of work. David went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem with my a/c in my truck. Was a huge help over the phone and even more so when I came into the store on Crowley road. Made recommendations, even came out to my truck and installed the freon without me even asking. I offered to buy him lunch and he kindly refused, which tells me he is passionate about his job and just a friendly guy wanting to help his customers. I don't know if he is a manager or assistant manager or not, but he sure carried himself like one. I manage a business myself and would definitely see him as an assistant or even manager. Thank you for all your help and keeping a customer for life. P.S. Autozone has never provided any type of customer service that your people and company has. Awesome job!”

“Just AWESOME, drive down to Joshua to pick something up, in car car very low on oil, literally no oil, stopped and bought it from here, Mr. Mark, a quite young gentleman helped me out and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have known where to put the oil, now I do ?.
