“My visit was 5-11-2025 Mothers Day/Sunday and this 5 star review is brought to you bcz of BRENT (I hope I remembered his name right! ?♀️). Customer Service is pretty much non-existent anywhere u go these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store- was promptly greeted, the dude asked if he cud help me, I only explained ONCE, was checked out and happy all in about 10 minutes. It was a MIRACLE right there on Wilshire Blvd. I had purchased a really cute lamp fir my mom on Temu. It came without a bulb and almost zero info on the kind I needed to get! BRENT understood and brought some over that he even TESTED for me (I had brought the lamp base into the store) made sure they fit- it was an awesome experience that I wish I cud get everywhere else I go. Sounds like I'm exaggerating but u have NO idea how my day to day interactions with employees at other establishments have changed from rude to repulsive over the last few years. Batteries Plus- please appreciate this man & ur employees who do good CS- I have missed being treated like a human for so long now. Thanks Brent for making the experience @ ur store 5 STARS. ✌️”
“Normally I avoid this store at all cost because of the employees. They make tou feel like your a hindrance or a problem when you walk in.
Well today I walk in and was instantly welcomed and greeted by Alejandro and then by a guy named Noah.
They made the place feel welcoming and actually assisted with a smile and positive energy I wish they would be day shift during week days.
I think that would help with the negative reviews, this is coming from a buisness owner who has a commercial account. Treating customers as actuall people and not a annoyance is a big jump.”
“By far this is the most helpful staff I have EVER encountered at an O’Reillys (with the exception of Less, whom I have already contacted the customer service line about) Special shoutout to the Manager on duty when I was in store, Michael. As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. Also, at Customer Support thank you to Ian and Manny who were both also top tier associates and understanding while I was going through this difficult patch.
