Obtained vehicle from my FIL this month. While we were tooking thru vehicle paperwork from Sept 21, 2022. We saw this place overcharged my elderly FIL $563 for an EGR valve replacement. Our research into this revealed that price is ten times the cost of an EGR Valve. Labor was 225. It made us feel very sick to our stomach that they took advantage of an older person. Be better.

The only place I’ve ever taken my truck has been Joshua Lube and Tune. I’m out of town today and had to get an oil change. This is what they showed me! I’ll never be back! On top of the oil plug being stripped, the air filter was installed wrong after checking!

The large, elderly man who seems to run this shop has terrible customer service and does not want to put in any kind of work at all. I guess this place is great if all you need is an inspection, because that's about all you'll get out of him. He even went so far as to say he'd recommend a shop, then walked away and never came back to speak with me. I get if you don't want to take the time to drop a tank for a fuel pump, but to go as far as to refuse to fix my EGR without even taking a look told me all I needed to know. It was clear he didn't want to give me the time of day, as it doesn't seem as though he was ready to do any amount of work at all. If you don't wanna do work, don't open up for the day. I can take my money a bit further down the road to AB Automotive all day and be treated right. My buddy used to bring all his company trucks here but will no longer be doing so after this miserable experience. I see now why this place is always empty when I drive by.
