Looking for auto part funny every store says it's there on line but you call and it's not. But they will order it for you as long as you pay for it first so that the will ship it to thier store a day or two later. I need it now. This is not just Orileys it's also Auto Zone. Very shitty!

I brought my vehicle in with a bad battery. The assistant manager Logan helped me, he was very pleasant, and provided great customer service! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Walked in and was completely ignored which is typical, but I had to put my item back due to a wait time I didn't expect, as I had food in the car with my dogs. Not their problem whatsoever. What is their problem is the very young, dark haired gentleman behind the counter who thought it would be an adorable move to look directly at me in my truck, laugh, and wave goodbye all cutesy like. He then had the audacity to laugh again when I called to confront him and lied by saying he was "pointing to his computer"He could've done much better with that lie.The customer service is average terrible here, but he took it to another extreme.Luckily Auto Zone is always nice. A bit more out of my way but they hire adults who know how to act at least.

Just AWESOME, drive down to Joshua to pick something up, in car car very low on oil, literally no oil, stopped and bought it from here, Mr. Mark, a quite young gentleman helped me out and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have known where to put the oil, now I do ?. Very helpful and very well mannered young gentleman.

Walked in for a return and was ignored. Cashier (Mark) called customers from another line before me. Another customer had to tell him I was waiting and I was there first. I was in the line in front of his register.When he went to help me, he acted rude and like I was an inconvenience to him. After he returned my item he handed me my receipt and walked away not saying anything. Overall a terrible experience. I will go to other stores in the future.

O'Reilly is just cheap auto parts. The quality is average a lot of things I need I have to order but I compare prices they are not that cheap.
