We switched to Pathway a little over a year ago and could not be happier. The service is great and our bills are what we were told they would be.

Pathways has been the best internet provider I've ever used in my 56 years. Anytime my service was interrupted it only took a few minutes for them to fix it which is great because I live rural and finding dependable service has always been rare. I work from home, And if my service goes down it's my livelihood. If you are trying to find friendly reliable and all around great provider PATHWAYS IS THE BEST BY FAR....IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS ? I WOULD BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT.

The manager in this office is disrespectful and dishonest. How is someone in her position allowed to behave with such unprofessionalism. Especially when your 100 percent wrong.

Update:they now will give me service but pathway is retaliated against me for this review and my complaint.they now will provide me service but padded the bill 150 dollars than originally quoted. They said it was a deposit but when I originally called they said no one pays a deposit only 50 to start. Shady low down business practice.Refused me service because I wouldn’t give them my lease to illegally add everyone on there to my bill. If they have done this to you please call the federal trade commission.They can’t charge you for that their people’s bill unless you yourself signed the contract

Just moved to Joshua went to the office and trying to get internet service and they want a copy of my ID & SS this is crazy not even Spectrum or ATT those this, not impressed with there customer service

Great company. Customer service is amazing and they are always there and willing to help any time, any day! We have fiber and it's been amazing. We had trouble with it one night so I called the after hours number. She walked me through some things and we finally got it working again. The next day, they sent someone out and replaced the modem with the newest model. We'd had our modem was less than 2 years. I definitely recommend them. Give them a call and see if they are in your area!

Before pathway we had att which was a nightmare. Then we moved and got Pathway. They have been amazing!!! My toddler just broke our fiber and they had all gone for the day but the lady on the phone managed to get some guys over within 10 minutes. The day before Thanksgiving too.

Called right before I got off work to see how long it would take to set up internet and it literally took less than 10 minutes and it was already on and ready to go when I got home

I absolutely love Pathway! We were so glad when were finally able to get Pathway in Hamilton. If there is a problem they respond quickly and customer service is top notch!I would highly recommend Pathway anytime! Keep up the great work!!!

I've been rescheduled 4 times. I don't know if the service is good or not, but it's been a month since they said service would be connected.Edit: It’s been connected and working well.

In this age of mergers and cost cutting, I hated the "customer experience" provided by a major player in the internet space. Fortunately, Pathway offered an alternative with attractive pricing and high performance. The on-time arrival of the installation crew was the first hint this experience was going to be a different. In the allotted time, the crew installed the cable and modem/router, cleaning and testing before departure. Later in the day, with a phone call to a local number, one of the support team answered on the second ring and verified my modem/router settings would give me the best performance for multiple devices. And the performance blew me away! For those on the fence about switching service providers, I highly recommend Pathway.
