I am a huge fan of Pinnacle Motor Bank and ALL their staff. I always receive excellent customer service and I have actually banked here since before it was even pinnacle. Brandi and Fatima are always professional and I see them at lots of outside events supporting our youth associations , chamber of Commerce and all the other local businesses !!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Branch Manager Brandi is a witch in disguise and so is her little assistant Fatima who obviously disclosed employee confidential information to her husband otherwise he would not have yelled out things out in public when I was with my little baby minding my business passing by them. What kind of "assistant manager" allows their husband to yell out stuff to an ex employee while they're out with their kids? Super unprofessional and so much favoritism in the workplace.

They are not wiling to work with their customers. My biggest complaint is they leave transactions pending for multiple days. Plus much more I could complain about.More::I tryd to cash a check at this branch is making accusations of fraud.when this check came from a really good bank with good background,Long story short there making accusations, when all they have to do is their job and make the proper phone calls.I want to make a complaint and all they tell me is the manager is not here. Very Very frustrating!!

I absolutely love this bank, they’re always so helpful! Whenever I need change orders they help me out with a smiling face! Since this is a community bank they’re very helpful when it comes to mortgages as well!

Do NOT get an account here. We've been with them for about two years. In two years time I've had my account hacked to the point where we had to get a completely new accounts. And the straw that has absolutely broken the camel's back is that they cashed a check as if it went through on a previous day in order to charge me 100 in fees. I have the screenshots to prove what they've done...and they don't care. I will be going to a real bank in the coming days.
