I debated on posting this because the lady that cut my hair was very sweet and I’m really bad at speaking up for myself. But she totally botched my hair. I had to go home and have my mom cut it all off like a boy. I showed 2 pictures of shoulder length hair and she left the back shoulder length and the sides were cut up to my ears. It was like a mullet. Not even remotely close to the photos I showed her. AND she did the whole cut with my hair bone-dry and used a razor the whole time. It really really hurt. I am devastated that I paid $50 and tipped an extra $5 just to go out to my car and cry so hard. I wish I would have spoke up in the salon but I have really bad anxiety when it comes to confrontation. This is the best I can do. I’m so upset about my hair. :(

Been going here for years for my boys’ haircuts. Always a good cut, always good customer service. When my youngest left for college he would come home to go here for his haircuts.

The atmosphere is amazing and peaceful. I am more than pleased with my haircut and color. Highly recommend coming here. I have wavy to curly hair and she gave me a style that really brings that out.

I like a haircut that most hairdressers do not know how to do anymore. I come to total cuts because they are willing to do the cut and still charge me a reasonable rate. In addition, they accept walk-ins which is great due to the unpredictable nature of my schedule.

My boys love getting their haircuts with all the ladies here. Clean place. Good prices. Overall they have a lot of patience with babies. Definitely a 5star.

Always love coming to see Maya. She does great with all 4 of my kids. I have a son who hated haircuts, would scream & cry at the sound of the machine, Maya was able to get him comfortable enough that he won’t let anyone else cut his hair but her?
