“Nothing at all!! The staff were great and very xourteous and professional, which made the process go smooth. Truck was clean and ready to go. Overall, it was excellent.”
“Robert was AWESOME, not only is he a OU Boomer Sooner fan. But gave excellent professional customer service. He listened to my needs and helped me to the fullest by helping me locate a rental truck not too far away. Due to him not being able to rent to me at the time (no truck available for the size I was requesting). Robert did not turn me away but seen the task all the way through to my satisfaction. Robert you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!”
““Gloria” Was Awesome !! Very Helpful AnD Nice, At The “Renfo One Stop” Inside The “Valero” In Burleson !! Unlike The “Female Employee Lisa” At The UHaul Place Located In Alvarado At The “Johnson AnD Son Sand Gravel Place” !! Whatever You Book Online, You Definitely Won’t Be Getting Once You Go Here For Pickup ! We Had An “HORRIBLE”Experience With That Location !! I’m Talking From Being Ripped Off, AnD Over Charged, Lied To, And Also Discriminated Against, By The Employees !! Me Or Anyone In My Family Or Friends Will Never, Ever, AnD I Do Mean “LITERALLY” Will Not Ever Go Back To That “Creepy, No Lights, For A Evening Drop Off Rental Place Again At That Location !!”
“Customer service is great. The office that I rented from checked on me after my mechanical issues. The U-Haul truck as soon as I drove off and parked in front of my house, we had to use jumper cables in order to start the U-Haul back up. I Had to call the U-Haul roadside service to fix. This caused a 2 hour delay in my move . Wasn’t happy about this. Also U-Haul did not offer any kind of inconvenience discount for my experience.”
“If you have a choice in this area, please rent from this one.
Mary Ann was very friendly, knowledgeable and makes customers feel welcomed here.
She runs this rental place with perfection and ease. Not easy to do! She won't waste your time either. But has a good sense of humor as she gets things done!! Grounds and equipment was very clean and hats off to her and location! No improvement needed as we see it!”

“Budget customer service agent, SARA was superb. She worked out the kinks and met all my needs and requests. The car given was cute and drove great. I used my AARP membership and got a 30% discount, which they advertise and that helps when your on a budget ( no Pun intended ). I will use them again if needed. Check the rental car for previous damage, follow the guidelines, and be safe. That's easy so, need a rental go to Budget in Burleson Tx ( beside Sonic & across from high school )”

“Hands down- best location for a UHaul… and storage. We have used Advantage Storage for over a year since moving here. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have been the main reason we stayed and only go here when needing a UHaul. Thanks so much!!!”
