“Customer service is great. The office that I rented from checked on me after my mechanical issues. The U-Haul truck as soon as I drove off and parked in front of my house, we had to use jumper cables in order to start the U-Haul back up. I Had to call the U-Haul roadside service to fix. This caused a 2 hour delay in my move . Wasn’t happy about this. Also U-Haul did not offer any kind of inconvenience discount for my experience.”

“Budget customer service agent, SARA was superb. She worked out the kinks and met all my needs and requests. The car given was cute and drove great. I used my AARP membership and got a 30% discount, which they advertise and that helps when your on a budget ( no Pun intended ). I will use them again if needed. Check the rental car for previous damage, follow the guidelines, and be safe. That's easy so, need a rental go to Budget in Burleson Tx ( beside Sonic & across from high school )”
