I wouldn’t mind being charged a $25 cleaning fee if I knew that they were actually charging to clean the rental. My belongings were dirty after unloading, and I had to wipe black off of my furniture and bedding. I returned the truck as clean as it was when I took it. So if you’re going to charge people for cleaning, you should make sure they actually receive a clean truck as well.

Extra charge of $52.00 even though someone else used the truck after us. We filled the truck to the exact spot on gas and they still charged us a fee. The truck was completely clean when we took it back but they charged us $35.00 for cleaning.

Called this place because it mentioned on GOOGLE they do propane refill service lady told me they do not I kindly said well it mentions it on Google and I hung up she then proceeded to feel the need to call me back and say NO IT DOESN'T! AND HUNG UP !! horrible customer service experience glad I'm moving and not needing any help from them period. 100% don't recommend calling them for propane even though Google clearly says they provide refill services

Very upsetting.. Reserved a truck through the website, have a confirmation for pickup and now being told I have to go to a further location to get. Being charged more to go get it, it's going to take extra time and money to do and they were not willing to assist at all, even though it's an error on their end AND they have a $50 reservation guarantee and will not honor it. SMH

Sarah helped me at the front desk and over the phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Had everything I needed in my urgent time of need! If I ever need their services again this is definitely the place I will call, I highly recommend them!
