Dear USPS Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my concern about a negative experience I had at your location on July 30th at approximately 11:39 AM. I approached the counter for assistance with sending a package, as I’m unfamiliar with the process. Unfortunately, the clerk on duty (Clerk 07) was dismissive and rude.
When I mentioned that I didn’t know how to send a package, he replied, “I can tell,” in a condescending tone. Instead of offering helpful guidance, he answered my questions with clear impatience and an unprofessional attitude.
I understand that post office staff may deal with many customers throughout the day, but I believe everyone deserves courteous and respectful service—especially those who are trying to learn the process.
I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers can have a more positive experience.

I agree with Brianda's review on this post office here in Joshua is horrible. I had to unfortunately put up with Michelle which is no better than Clint apparently. She has no customer service nor personality, very rude and has an unprofessional attitude. She needs to be properly trained on professionalism and how to treat others with respect as well as personal counseling.

The staff gave me the impression that you do have other options. The condition and presentation of the MIA/POW flag and the United States flag are a disgrace to the US part of their name and those who have served.

Delivery drivers refuse to deliver packages to my door because of stray dogs the walk around and animal control refuses to come out to this area to get the strays. Have missed multiple deliveries and I'm tired of being honked at rudely instead of them just coming to my door.

Says pkg was delivered to my front door. Was not there. Checked mailbox, no pkg. So I checked neighbors houses, nope no pkg misdelivered. Tried to call but you can't talk to anyone except a damn robot. I work for the post office usps and someone is suppose to be there for an hour or 2 after carrier gets back for misdelivered items. But you
can't even get a local number. This AI crap doesn't work. And get a carrier that does the damn job right.

This is my second review for this post office. I can-not brag enough about the employees for this Location. Even the drivers are as amazing as the ones in the office. They are so kind! It makes me soo happy when people love the job and are happy todo it! Such sweet genuine Employees. Thank you for your Awesome Service!!

We don't get good service half the time your mail is not in box but show on Gmail and we have them to close your lid to the mailbox and they don't and several times we have found your mail on the ground And now they have lost my passport and have no concern about it. I went to talk to the postmaster and had to wait 30 minutes 1 day and an hour and a 1/2 and a next Day.
before he would talk to me. These people steadily make mistakes, but the postmaster is doing nothing about it. If you have any problems, go above his head Because you won't get it fixed with him. The inspector general is who you need to go to.

The postal employee Clint, was extremely rude and when I confronted him on it, he threw my package back at me and told me he has the right to refuse service. Very small town small mind establishment.

Do not go to the post office if you're a small business or an author trying to send out your books. When sending out media mail they'll argue with you about what counts as media mail, despite the fact that I've been sending out books for 5+ years and never encountered an issue until I came into the post office.
