They usually have what I'm looking for 99 times out of 100. Everyone is super knowledgeable on their products as well, u gotta love that. Leeann helped me the other night, & was treated like I wasn't a moron for asking questions. It was refreshing. Come to think of it, all the ladies I've dealt with here are absolutely amazing people!

If you live i this area, I feel like this is the superior vape/smoke shop. I worked for the owners many years ago at a restaurant they ran previous to opening up this shop. Both of them have many years experience running a business, and vapor maven has good quality stuff, always reasonable prices, and all the stuff who I have seen were very knowledgeable of their products, and incredibly welcoming. There really is only one other store who directly competes with them. I wont say the name, but its the one that has been there for like a decade. I used to frequent that one, but, I'm not trying to be offensive here, its run by foreign born folks, and I mean, they aren't like bad people or anything, but they do treat you as if you are burdening them anytime you quiz them about prices of products. They also randomly close hours earlier than their posted times. So, that being said, Vapor Maven is objectively the better shop.

I was bummed Nerd E Vapor closed, so I found this place for my coils and the lady who helped me was incredibly helpful. She also helped me find a juice with my preferred nicotine level. I will definitely be back.

They lie to you about products to make a sale and then refuse to give a refund. Before this I had bought multiple faulty items(2 were exchanged, but only when a certain cashier was there) save yourself some money and drive the extra 20 seconds down the road to Cathy's. WAY better treatment and more knowledgeable employees who don't lie to make a sale.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!I have been a great customer to this location for months now. Was sold a mystery box and the products were a YEAR OUT OF DATE. (ILLEGAL IF NOT ADVERTISED EXPIRED). They tried to exchange that mystery box for another one. THAT ONE WAS EXPIRED TOO. Then tried to give me in store credit but there system wouldnt make the swap .I then told the manager I wanted a refund and she first refused. I told her if I didn't get a refund I was going to make a report and she cried and was defensive, Arguing with me, and BANNED ME FROM THEIR STORE. ITS A JOKE. My recommendation go to Cathy's across the street.

Tried to overcharge me for a different product than what I was purchasing because he couldn’t find the actual product in the system. Then when I caught him he couldn’t figure out how to charge me the correct amount. Won’t be back, there’s too many other options with competent staff.

Went to this place at 8:15 because they close at 9 on Saturday and they’re already closed early. Won’t be back cause they’ll probably just be closed again
