Really friendly, quick, and great communication! Steven is a special guy, I was having a rough day and locked my keys in middle of farmland about an hr from San Antonio. He went out and opened my car on his day off in the rain. Just can't put into words how he just went above and beyond there are still good people out there and this gentleman is a fine example of an amazing person, thank you!

I called another place first and didn’t like how they told me a minimum but “could not tell me the final price because (he) didn’t know what equipment needed to be used for my Prius”. I liked that Stephen with DSS Lock and Roadside was able to tell me the exact price, plus he gave me a military discount. He said someone would be at my home in 45 minutes or less and they arrived in less than 30 minutes! I was in my car in less than an hour of my original call. I highly recommend!!!!

While on a family vacation, we had issues with a blown tire. What was a minor setback, became major one as soon as we learned specialty equipment would be required.It is a helpless feeling to be stranded on a remote stretch of highway trying to call insurance and national service networks and being put on hold for hours. Mr Quick Pick answered our call on the first ring. Our roadside technician Steven went out of his way to not only help us ASAP but went above and beyond to ensure we were able to continue our travels! Great company, highly recommend. Very informative, professional, and fairly priced.
No one ever wants to have the vehicle towed or need roadside service, but when you do this is who you want to handle the job.
