Absolutely a joke of a place. Not only did I watch both of the employees work with out gloves but touching their faces. Tried to order multiple things that I have gotten here before just a week ago then they magically don't have it. How hard is it to make a protein bowl. I don't know how to do that so I'm not gonna give it to you. Not only that the restaurant it's self is dirty and it takes 45 minutes per customer.

I ordered on the app. I went to pick up & arrived expecting my order to be ready as the app indicated it was. It was not & hadn't even been started. I was told they were still finishing the customer before me, there was no urgency. Then as I was sitting, waiting for them to finish with these customers, another customer walked in after me, up to the counter & they completed her order first! REALLY!(I am usually a very understanding customer. I get it things happen. But the point of the app is that I walk in I get my food & go. The employee even tried to ring me up when I paid in the app.)When they finally got to my order it was obvious neither were very familiar with the app or the instructions on the receipt. I had to go to the counter & walk them through each sandwich. They were even unfamiliar with the sandwiches I ordered, Italian BMT & Cold Cut Combo, I had to tell them which meats were on the sandwiches. Plus they are offered as "classic sandwiches" in the app but not on the menu on the wall in the store. They were out of some of the usual toppings like spinach. These employees need better training for sure. Even the customer after me ordered a Black Forest Ham & they started to make it with the wrong meat! Its ham! I arrived at 5:50 to pick up a finished order & left with my sandwiches at 6:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be going to Grazines for all my sandwiches from here out. Way better.

I would normally give them a higher rating because the sandwiches are good, but when you overcharge me I have a problem. I had 2 footlong and a 6", but I was charged for 3 footlong. I didn't say anything because I didn't discover it until the next day. Maybe employees should pay more attention to detail and less to hurriedly doing an order so they can get back to their phone. Won't happen again, if I go back to this location.

The worst experience ever because the sandwich maker was on his phone while he was making someone else's sandwich. If order through the app make sure you place it 2 days in advance. Don't use the app because you can't get a refund.
