There are lots of reviews about this dealer selling bad cars. Believe them. I sold a 2012 high mileage car to a dealer in Houston in April with a known failing transmission and parasitic electrical drain that the dealer did not find upon inspection. To boot, it also had 2-3 accidents on the history (none major). Out of curiosity, I asked the dealer if it was going to auction or if they were reselling and was told it was going to auction.
As previous owner, I recently got a notice the other day that the car was in the San Antonio Vehicle Impound Facility after being wrecked. Upon Googling the VIN, I found that it was bought and resold by Swan's Autoplex.
I was raised better than to screw a private buyer and knew that auctions carry their risks and hoped that the dealer buying it would do the right thing and fix it before selling it. I can speak to the fact that they ended up with my old car with known major issues. Did they fix it? Probably not. They were attempting to triple their money on it, though.
In response to the owner's response: Yes I did sell this vehicle to a major dealership group with known issues. It is not my duty to disclose known issues and devalue what I have to sell to trained professionals whose job it is to test drive and inspect vehicles for said issues prior to buying them. I sold my car "as is". The last 6 of the VIN of the referenced car was 376793. There was a hesitation when shifting into drive and the transmission has a tendency to get stuck in 2nd gear, to which you have to get back down to 1st and go through the gears again. It also had a parasitic electrical drain that would kill a fully charged battery in 2 days if not driven. You likely had to jump it off the auction lot and you certainly felt the hesitation of it shifting into drive when you put it on your lot. It would take 2+ seconds for the transmission to react to going into drive. My review is not bogus, either. You ended up with this vehicle and tried to sell it for $9,995, much higher than the $6,000 market value on it. You also would not have received a copy of the impound notice unless you did in-house financing for the buyer and are the documented lien holder. Otherwise, you can dig into your records and see that the car is now released per AutoReturn and everything I'm saying is factual.

Sells you bad vehicles and total money rip offs. I didn't buy a car but my boyfriend did and I warned him. Nothing good comes from these greedy people

We say yes? No we say maybe it should say, I went in with a good attitude and with 1,500$ down. The only vehicle they could approve me was vehicles that were way too beat up with tires that needed replacing in months. The 2 vehicles that I loved, couldn’t be in house because it was “over 10,000$” if you have a sign that says “we say yes” then maybe you should add at the bottom “we say yes to vehicles that’ll give you problems in the near future”

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. I paid mine off and was thinking about trading it in for something newer at a different place. They give me a carfax on it and the odometer has been rolled back by nearly 100,000. Save your money and go somewhere else

They went out of their way to get us into a car. If your looking for a car go there first. Other places promised the world ran out credit 4 to 6 times each. But when it came down to it. Nothing. Even places that say buy here pay here. These guys are honest and truthful. They ran credit 2 times then offered us inhouse financing. We Say Yes..... That's their slogan and they mean it.

I’ve had issues with my car since driving it off the lot! Check engine light came on not even 30 minuets after leaving I brought it right back and they said an O2 sensor was bad and they would replace it. Took over a week to get it fixed! When I left engine light came back on and they told me to take it to ford to clear the code so I did where I was charged almost 400$ to replace my O2 sensor AGAIN because whoever fixed it didn’t put it on right and they left other things out of place! When I went to talk to swans they offered me 250$ credit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They don’t list any vehicle issues and don’t tell you about them, I just got one from them and found an oil leak and now won’t answer calls.

If I could put NEGATIVE STARS I would. This was the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are nice, don't get me wrong. But it's just to get you to spend more money. They sell nothing but "lemon" vehicles. If you aren't experienced with working on vehicles yourself. I would not recommend this dealership. I had my vehicle for only 7 months and it broke down on me the first week!! On top of It breaking down SEVERAL times after. The sales men, knew he was selling me a bad vehicle and admitted it to me way after. Even though when I walked in, I asked for A RELIABLE CAR!!! Their mechanic somehow is always "on vacation" so If you expect them to help you fix your car HA they're definitely just gonna give you the run around.

Not even 15 minutes after leaving the lot the car broke down. They came and got it and I voided all paperwork. Super disappointed, don’t recommend. Car should have been checked before placed on the lot!
