CGB Gym is a large, roomy, and super clean environment with a real "home" type feeling. It offers plenty of equipment, including lots of free weights and machines, with very competitive prices. The staff is amazing and friendly. Benefits include free daily group classes and a childcare room for a small monthly fee. Some note it can get crowded with groups standing around equipment during peak evening hours. A few suggestions include enforcing equipment re-racking, updating some treadmills, and adjusting the women's bathroom door. Overall, it is a great gym and a favorite for many.
I've been going a long time. Mid mornings are best. Friendly staff. If you report an equipment problem they work to fix it. Plenty of parking. Nice bathroom, the guys anyway. They do keep things clean. BTW. they have plenty of free weights.

Nice location but it wasn't open as stated on their site. Doors locked someone was inside working out. They don't answer the phone but equipment looks good...as I looked through the locked door
