Stopped at the gas station on the way to El Paso . The whole premise is very dirt with litter all over. Too dirty even to walk the dog. Restrooms are not cjean .

Usually this travel stop is adequate and clean. Today it is NOT. Today 50% of the ladies stalls were out of order...for the SECOND DAY in a row! On a holiday weekend. Long wait lines (Ladies)**ADA stall out of order**During the 20 minutes of waiting in line, ZERO efforts being made by management to fix/solve the problem.
