As a Diamond Elite member who has stayed at numerous Holiday Inns, I can confidently say this location stands out as the best. The room was impeccably clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast offered an impressive variety. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast, which truly made my day. Should I find myself in the area again, this will be my top choice for accommodation.

Hotel smelled good up walking into lobby. Rooms were clean, no wet smell. Shower was clean & water went down the drain well. Do recommend if you need somewhere to take a break for the night.

Never stop on the way back home. Room was very nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The location is also beautiful.

Had to stop here for the night. The room was modern. Loved all the Dove products. The beds were comfy, the the shower was slippery, and breakfast was good, but the staff was biased.
The kitchen staff were white and only greeted white guests. One staffer, while I was getting breakfast from the trays, closed all of the lids after the white customer in front of me got his food and left.
The night attendant who looks like Ashton Cutcher with glasses and long hair was really nice.

If I had to sum up our stay in one word, it would be PERFECT! In decades of traveling, I've not been able to say that about ANY place.
We were passing through on a business trip and decided to stop. We have three preferred hotel chains. Holiday Inn Express is one of them. We were able to book two rooms. (At first, we thought to stay at a neighboring hotel, but when we saw it had exterior doors to the rooms, I was VERY glad to happen to see the Holiday Onn and Suites Express signage.)
THIS BY FAR is the BEST Holiday Inn And Suites Express I've ever stayed at and top 3 of Hotels I've stayed at in the USA. Hands down! (As I was leaving, I met the owner, thinking he was the manager. He is a VERY humble, kind, and friendly man.)
Upon walking in, we received a warm welcome. Upon exiting the elevator on to our floor, it smelled clean. The room I stayed in is HUGE with a comfortable king size bed and a couch that I believe pulls out for extra bedding. I really don't watch tv, but there were two in the room, which was nice for those who may need it. The rooms and bathrooms were both clean and very tidy. Great thought and detail went into even the little details to add to the comfortable stay. From the signs to pillowcases that had the stitching soft on it, to the special lighting in the bathroom and in the room added warmth and ambiance. There were plenty of plugs that are updated, making it convenient to charge your electronics. The hotel does have a nice outdoor swimming pool.
Breakfast was wonderful! The scrambled eggs weren't rubby or dry like I've experienced at other hotels. The oatmeal was cooked and had the right consistency. This place had a great variety of options for breakfast. I thought it was very kind and thoughtful as one of the ladies was closing the breakfast door to ask me if I wanted anything else before they shut down.
The staff here are absolutely FABULOUS! From the housekeeping to the ladies who made breakfast to the staff who checked us in and out are gems! Whoever hired them did a fantastic job. Each one we encountered were welcoming and friendly. Their smiles were genuine. What stood out and heartwarming to me was that they seem to get along and they even spoke kindly to each other. THAT spoke volumes of the workplace environment. I have no doubt it's due to their leadership that's in place.
I CANNOT highly recommend this specific location enough. (I apologize to the owner for saying the incorrect name. But he took it in stride and rolled with it. I mentioned to the business partner my conversation, and that's when I realized I said the wrong name).

Every staff member was welcoming and helpful, which is rare nowadays. Over the hotel was well kept and the rooms felt refreshing. They have plenty of amenities for the family. I recommend this place.

The staff here is great. There was a problem with our first room (a skunk outside) and we were able to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but the second room also had an issue so we were given a third. The poor guy at the desk never lost his composure. The rooms were clean (my wife is thorough), comfy, and all staffed were friendly. Would stay here again.

We love staying here. The premises are always tidy. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The breakfast is beyond what so many places do: eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, to name a few. I also love the gift bags that say "on the go" for customers who have to leave early but can still take breakfast with them. Nice touch, Holiday Inn. The woman who takes care of the food is courteous and always busy; she's a treasure.
Noteworthy details: It's a great place to stay for a rest while traveling. It's quiet. It's clean and comfortable. There are some great restaurants in Junction. We enjoy ourselves each time we stay.

The hotel was really great and very clean. We had one pillow that had a little stain on it and we just changed that pillow, but they were offering to give us a new room just because of one pillow. Overall really good experience and very friendly staff.
Rooms: Very clean and new rooms
Walkability: There’s Subway, Dairy Queen and McDonalds all in walking distance
Food & drinks: The breakfast was really good and freshly made

Great rooms to sleep in. Late check wasn't a problem and the front desk person was kind and polite. Bathroom floor was a little slick, but everything else was great.
