Very helpful staff today. My husband and I went in to get electrical hardware for a sliding gate. He was able to get everything he needed. The two gentlemen who assisted him were very knowledgeable.

Almost always find what I need at this store. The staff is helpful and generally pleasant. Sometimes I get a younger one who hasn't learned the store yet but they are pretty helpful nonetheless.

Dropped off a defective $600 stihl blower I bought from them after only 3 months. Said they will get to it soon. Not been easy to communicate with them. This is our only backpack blower as we are a small startup and already spent all we had to buy so called quality machines. Anyways, 4 weeks later in the middle of mowing season we are still waiting. Wish they could have given us a replacement or told us a timeline. Might have gotten fixed quicker through stihl or a local small engine shop. Now we’re just stuck. I expect better quality from stihl but also better support through their distributors.
When our Hobart generator, we bought from northern tool during the snowpocalypse, went out two weeks later they fixed it within a week. I kinda wish we would have just used northern tool on this deal, but I like to support smaller shops since we are small time too.

Had a lot of good experiences here bought a lot of things but it only takes one bad experience to ruin it for you I bought a belt for my mower it ended up being the wrong size I want to try to take it back she said it had already been returned did not give me my money back for a new product so basically they just stole my money the girl that helped me Jasmine was so rude and unprofessional I'm not sure why she has a job in customer service would not recommend it because of the employees

I drive out of my way to come to Ace in Justin because I know I will find what I need and the staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

We often shop the Ace Hardware in Justin,Tx. The employees are always friendly & eager to help. Plus we truly enjoy shopping in the garden area as well. Thank you for all you do.

Everybody here is always so welcoming and warm, I love this Ace being part of my community. DJ helped me get out to my car when I was starting to get overwhelmed by my children. The young ladies at the front remember me every time, and even gave my kids some little Ace pez dispensers that they were Incredibly excited for. Always amazing service 🥰

Don’t come to this ACE, they will tell you over the phone that they can take a return after you accidentally got the wrong bag and opened it and then when you get there they say they can’t do anything not even a return.
