Apollo Support and Rescue is an outstanding organization. The staff and leadership care deeply for the animals and places their needs at the highest level. Apollo staff works with them to prepare them socially for a better transition into their new family. These animals are just not numbers to push out the door - Apollo wants them to be ready physically and developmentally. The adoption fee is very reasonable for all it covers. The staff at the Justin rescue center are friendly and helpful. Recently, I had a stellar experience working with a staff member for a puppy adoption. She promptly replied to my inquiry and provided updates through the process. I highly recommend Apollo for finding a wonderful new furry addition to your family!

I adopted a cat about a week ago now. The communication was good. The process was quick and easy. My only knock is that when we got the cat for our meet, we noticed a small balding spot above their right eye. When we asked about that, they said she must’ve got into it with another cat at the house prior to coming over. We initially thought nothing of it. Come day 6, the day I happened to have her first wellness check with my vet scheduled, the spot had grown in size. Once the check was done and $250+ spent, we come to find she has ringworm. Now comes the entire deep clean of my house, bedding, clothes, etc. I’m hoping no one else gets it, especially my kids. I appreciated the vet paperwork they provided, but I should’ve asked they do another visit, seeing the last check was over a month old from when I got her. Next time I’ll be sure to ask this and it not come out of my pocket, especially knowing that spot was there prior to day 1. Overall, they worked well and were friendly.

They are full of lies and keep adding me back to their emails when I keep removing my self. I fostered for them and I let everyone know what a joke this place is when it comes to cats the owner doesn't care about the cats only the dogs and is very bad with money she took all the money that was raised for the cats and used it on the dogs because they didn't have any funds. Find another rescue to adopt from or to support. I know they will come back and say what I side is lies because no one ever wants their dirty laundry aired out but facts are facts. I have seen how much of a narcissistic this lady is and it's discussing

Best animal rescue with compassionate people who work tirelessly to save every dog possible. A true no-kill rescue! If you're looking for a place to donate, this is a cause that truly makes a difference and struggles every day to cover the exorbinate costs to keep the lights and A/C on and to take care of and provide medical to 500 dogs in their care. It takes a village. If you can't donate financially, they need volunteers, help sharing their posts, help with maintenence around the facility, fosters to take a dog into their home until adopted, companies to donate or sponsor etc etc.

Father trying to adopt a dog was the hardest thing to do. At the age of 77 he gave up and bought one on line. Did a meet and greet and closed the deal with a smile on his face. Why Apollo makes it so hard is something that they should work on!!

I adopted a cat, Mr. Ross, from there last weekend and they were so nice and helpful. Mr. Ross seems to have made himself at home already in my bed ?

We adopted a German Shepard puppy from Apollo and they could not have been nicer. Megan came to our home with our puppy and helped us get started with our new baby. She was very knowledgeable about German Shepards and give us all the information on how to move forward with our puppy. This place really cares about their animals! I highly recommend Apollo.
