Donnie at Autozone in Justin was very Informative and assisted me with Parts needed and even showed me how to Intall My Air Filters and Cabin Filters.

My recent trip to Auto Zone has been like my last two: you cannot get anyone to help you or even greet you.
I set my items down, walked out and emailed the corporate office.
This was the last time I’ll give Auto Zone a chance.
They clearly do not value basic customer service.
Save the canned responses.
Unless I am contacted by someone from Auto Zone, you’re not taking customer service seriously.

Was just in there, there was a line of about 9 people. The one redshirt was rushing trying to help his customer with a battery test while 2 gray shirts where in the back looking busy. When one gray shirt finally came over to help, his demeanor alone to the lady next in line was rude. He seemed very out out that he had to deal with customers. This is why I'm an O'Reillys guy

After I got to the store. While I'm looking for my things my knees dropping on the workers talking to other customers things like that I seem to know what they're doing they help out the people always good even when I got to check out. They do have plenty of parts for all kinds of vehicles so that's a good thing. I didn't use this but their website says that they have delivery same day for a certain amount of money and then free delivery if you get it the next day.The only problem I had is because I'm not originally from Decatur only been here a month pay attention to the road markers the signs because that intersection at 287 and whatever that road is it's confusing.You might have to do u-turns lol.Have some GPS guidance.

Felt like I was totally invisible couldn’t get anyone to help 3 different employees walked off and disappeared as soon as I was ready to check out .Not like they were busy either I was the only one inside the store . Waited several minutes and no one ever came back. Also they had carts blocking isles . Going to Oreillys elsewhere. Don’t have time to be ignored

Autozone was a very busy place, so checking out was a little so. I wanted windshield wipers antifreeze and startinfluid, but they were so busy I passed on the wipers since I didn't know what size I needed. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.
