Dropped clothes off day-of important event and the lady working the desk made note to specifically call me once they were ready. Allowed me to attend my arrangements when I failed to plan accordingly. Thanks!

I'm not quite sure these people putting bad reviews on here even know what their taking about. Never have had any problems with the cleaners. In fact just the opposite. They go above and beyond in cleaning my clothes.

I’m very disappointed how my suits and shirts got cleaned they was wrinkled when I got them and way too expensive. I can get better cleaning done and better service and cheaper back in Fort Worth. I will never go back and never recommend a friend. They really need to update the service there.

Went down for alterations on pants and a suit jacket, and we were told they don't offer those services. Just disappointing because it's on their website and door!

Not friendly...quality is ok...VALUE IS INCREDIBLY PRICEY. Took a dress and was charged $14.50...more then the dress!!! Took a full suit, shirt and pants to just pressed...AND COST $36!!!! Just to press! WOW Let's just say...I WILL NOT RETURN!!!

I started using this service out of convenience, but the continued errors are no longer worth the convenience. The lady's are nice,polite, and friendly but I believe the service they use is the source of the errors ?♂️

Phone number on google doesnt work. Was really hoping they would have my clothes done on time, they promised a call back and never followed up. My mistake for trusting them. Won't go back again unless I absolutely have to.Service: Laundry pick-up

Brought 2 year old Calvin Klein suit in to be pressed. I’ve worn suit 3 times and stored it in suit bag. Pants came back with a hole. Mandy at business said it looked like the cleaner they send their stuff out to damaged it in machine. She sent it back to them to repair. 3 weeks later I go to pick it up and they said cleaner said it was a moth hole( not joking) and refused to fix. Not coming back here or to any place where they send your stuff off.Service: Clothes pressing
