I have been going to Justin Family Medical for years. I have never had anything but a good experience. The providers, nurses, staff up front, everyone you deal with is always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They make going to the clinic as pleasant as it can be, and I would recommend them to anyone. Monte has put together an awesome team!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The service is phenomenal! Every single person that I’ve interacted with so far is just amazing. They’re all really friendly, down to Earth, and just truly care about you. Chantel at the front desk is just the sweetest lady ever, the nurse Ashley is flat out awesome, and Vickie the phlebotomist is a master at her craft! Dr. Monty is a one of a kind man as well. He takes the time and care to explain the situation and gives you the knowledge that you need. You’re not just another patient to this practice, they treat you like your family. Whether it’s your first visit or your 1,000th, you feel the love. I’ll never have another doctors office besides Dr. Monty and his amazing staff!!

This is a very unique practice. Great primary care and everyone is so happy and glad to help. What makes this an amazing practice is you can get top notch hormone treatment, weight loss care, and other specialized services at a primary care practice at primary care prices.

I have been coming to Justin Family Medical since 2010. I started with Monty,, and had a great experience with him.I have since moved to Nicole who I cannot recommend highly enough. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and is truly one of the very best physicians I have ever had. The office staff has been great, I want to give a special shout out to Debbie. She has always treated me like family, and has such a kind soul. The nurses are also kind and knowledgeable.Give Justin Family Medical a visit. I think like me, you'll stick with them for many years!

I recently had an appointment Justin Family Medical, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and care. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and comfortable thanks to their friendly demeanor and warm welcome. Jaymee herself was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, ensuring that I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. The medical staff were also exceptional, providing me with the highest level of care and attention. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Justin Family Medical to anyone in need of medical assistance. Thank you for all that you do!

I see both Monty and Nicole! Both providers practice knowledgeable medicine! I recommend this practice to anyone that is needed weight loss, hormone therapy or even just a primarily care physician! I commend the medical staff as well! They always get back to you with in a timely manner and are always respectful. Highly recommend! ❤️

Absolutely amazing!! They scheduled me in fast! The staff was so friendly personable and caring! Dr. Monty Morris was the nicest man! He took his time and explained everything! If you want a Dr office that cares about you...this is the place!!

I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years now. All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I have questions or need to schedule an appointment they are accommodating and accessible. The culture here is a small family practice which treats you like family and actually cares about you. Highly recommend Justin Family Medical.

Not transparent about the fees, they charge you on top your insurance (not talking about the copay) even when there’s no need for it.Edit: You get bills from the lab for hormones and other tests which they categorically confirmed were covered 100% through the insurance for one time regular body checkup. Also, you have to go back for them to read the report which usually happens through online portal for free, but they want you to come back for them to be able to charge you for it (when I asked for the itemized receipt for the payment I was making they couldn’t provide it and said it would be sent to me by the insurance.)

Justin Family has been wonderful to my family. They are responsive, eager to answer questions, friendly, compassionate and professional. The ladies in the front office are hilarious and make going to the Doctor fun. The providers always spend time with us and show true interest in their patients. Would give 10 stars if it were an option. Thank you all so much.

Absolutely love this place!! Every time I go for an appointment I feel right at home. The ladies at the front always give me a good laugh and make me feel comfortable before my visit. Doctors and nurses are on point, they write every single little detail!! To me, it is extremely important since I have a "Dory" complex. All in all this is an excellent place, yall keep up the good work!!!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient here for several years and it has been a wonderful experience every time. The facilty is always clean, the front ladies are always sweet, and the staff is utterly amazing, even despite their busy days and chaos I can only imagine they go through every day!

So tired of the lack of follow through/processes here. Also, the ridiculous wait times. I’ve been coming here for years. I drive quite far to been seen here…I’m on a maintenance plan, but I have to keep up with it. They don’t schedule appointments regularly, so you run out of meds. Deny your refills but don’t contact you, so you’re unaware. Don’t get me wrong, their lack of processes plays into your favor because you can get any meds you want. BUT, is it really worth it? I’ll be moving on… I would think a doctor’s office would know that I shouldn’t stop taking anxiety medication abruptly, but… I guess I’ll get to see how this goes!
