Currently looking for a new bank and I just want to say, after reading the reviews I absolutely will not be banking with them. Especially seeing how the “respond” to customer complaints and concerns by just copy + pasting the exact same message to every one of these reviews. Good luck.

I love this bank. You go in and everyone is friendly and is always willing to help me and go above and beyond to help. I have been banking there for 10 years plus and never have had a negative experience. It is so nice to see in these days and times that customer service still exists. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies that help me every week.

This is simply the best banking experience you could hope for. The convenience of modern applications combined with the customer service you can only find in a small town business. They truly care about their clients and make every banking transaction easy and efficient. Love this bank and the people that work there!

I recently opened an account there and my company has an account there as well. They are always so welcoming when I was in and always smiling. AMAZING customer service. The ladies there are great.

Went into justin state bank today to exchange $500 for smaller bills. Heading out of country for vacay. The not so nice teller behind the desk asked right off the bat if I banked there. Said no, been a justin resident for 18 years and bank at wells fargo even longer. She quickly replied she can only do $100, bank policy if your not a customer. I am a customer though and now she just put a horrible taste in mouth about moving my accounts over. Anyway.....left and while driving began thinking about it. Really bent me sideways on all of it, so I call back to speak to a manager or president.....no luck...all gone! Explained to the lady on the phone what happened....she responded by saying that has been in effect for 4 years and that it is a federal regulation!!!! Told her that it was not a federal regulation, had done it at another bank about 6 months before for a different trip. She said thats the way it is. So went to access bank a little further down the road and they were happy to do it. Told the manager what justin bank did and said, he just smiled and said that's not right. No such regulation. I would go to my bank but there is not one very close....in case you were wondering. Point being...I will not do business with Justin State Bank now or in the future due to the ridiculous policy of exchanging currency and employees flat out lying and being rude. If your Policy of not exchanging money is an attempt to get people to move accounts over to Justin Bank then you managed to do right the opposite.!! Good luck to them.....see why they have a 3 star rating.

New President, Ben I think his name is treated me terribly after being a customer for 20 years. I went to a new Bank and won't be back!

Justin Bank was a good bank for years, but once it changed ownership they ran off many good long time customers and aren't interested in giving loans to help the local community. The new President is rude, rarely at the branch, and if you do catch him there, he'll be hiding in his office behind a closed door.

Justin Bank is an Amazing Place. We've been coming here for 25 years and they always treated us well. They recently got new management. We were worried, but have been pleasantly surprised. I lost my bankers but met with Gary Tallik the new Loan Officer and he was Incredible! Gary is one of the nicest and capable bankers we've ever worked with. He even took the time to call me back on his Christmas vacation to help me with a problem. Nice to see customer service is still alive!

I apply for two commercial loans over the past years and they approve me for both and gave me the loans in less than two weeks at the time. I am a property buyer and investor and by giving me the loan so fast they put me in advance over other buyers. I tried Chase and Wells Fargo, what a west of time i almost lost the properties caused of delays. Phil and the other employees are so polite and genuine. I am in the process of getting another property loan and Phil is doing everything to expedite and help me with the loan. Thank you so much.

I've been with Justin State Bank for 5 years now! I know I know I am not their biggest customer, by far! But, they have always treated me as if I were a VIP! Awesome Bank!
