Great customer service, clean facility good prices, and gate just became "smart" (you can open it from an app, when close to it). Seems a lot of the bad reviews are possibly meant for the facility they are next to. It is kind of confusing because it all looks like one facility but it's not, there is a gate between them. I personally have had some experience with the place next door and it wasn't that good.

I didn’t ask for this location but they sent me here from Duncanville. Service is absolute trash and confusing. They don’t answer their phones… they expected me to know what to do and it made the process so much harder because I’m in a different city and I was renting a truck out for my partner to bring my furniture. Check in directions did not include no 3 digit code but it was needed to initiate everything. TRASH JUST ABSOLUTE TRASH

The Justin storage team have been great to work with. They have been very accommodating when I needed something.The property and units are well taken care and the prices are good as well.

This place has a pest control problem. So unless you want mice & other rodents droppings all over your items I wouldn't move here. The lady that worked in the office when I started leasing there was friendly. Tammy is another story, I haven't dealt with such poor customer service at any other business than this place!

Staff is friendly, indoor units have dead bugs all over the floor and living spiders. The gate locks prior to 9pm even though they advertise you can get in until 9! I'm a current renter but moving to another place in the next few weeks.
