Existing customer for 12 years and have had prompt professional experience with Office , Latoya.
Christian and Mike did a repair for us today Thursday @ 2:00 pm.
Both gentlemen were prompt to contact us regarding arrival time. I also do appreciate Christian and Mike explaining the solution and repair to me in a respectful manner. Shoutout to Sonny listened to our situation and was able to get us in this week.

Don't waste your time or money!!!!!! I waited for 2 weeks after I paid for 100 gallons, and no delivery. I finally canceled the order and asked for a refund. It has been 10 days since I canceled the order, and I still do not have the refund. I was told today that it would be another 2 weeks. They must bank with Bank of Antartica. It's winter down there, and all accounts are frozen.

We've supported this company for a few years since moving to our small town. My husband went in a 4:50 pm to get a quick refill and they denied him service. We do our best to support small but this company lost our business!

I called on Monday morning to get a delivery for home. There happened to be a hold on my account but customer service representative told me that she could place this order, she was going to contact to get it lifted. We ended the call and she confirmed it would take 3-5 business days to receive the propane. I called today to find out the delivery hadn’t been scheduled. When I called I had gas, now a couple of days later, I don’t. Since the rep failed to put in my request, I’m getting charged a $105 fee since the tank got to 0%.

Horrible communication. Dropped tanks off to get filled. 4 days later bad weather came in. Now, while cold and they closed down, never changed phone prompt over so you sat on hold for long periods without notifying yet were closed. Went back by 4 days later still closed due to lack of water which is understandable. However phone still at like they are open. Went by was a gentleman the but stated they were closed. I said I just need to get tanks so that I could take them somewhere else. Big inconvenience to him obviously since he had alot to do looking at social media. Could have done alot better by simply changing phone over to let customers know circumstances.

If you use them do not sign up for "keepfull" account! They never come by to keep full and you dont receive any type of priority like they say!

This company is terrible. They charged me a tank rental after four months when I sold the property I did not authorize this to be withdrawn but they did it anyway and I’m nine months later still trying to get my money back for the tank rental don’t use them.

I paid about 400$ for them to come out & fill my propane tank, they said they check for leaks & fix leaks before they fill it, well I guess they didn’t check for leaks because after they filled my tank it was leaking & all my propane leaked out by the time I figured it out myself, 400$ down the drain now it’s getting cold again & we have no propane in our tank!

Never had any problems reaching United Propane, but almost an hour ago I was on hold and it said press one and someone will call you back and you won’t lose your place in line in the queue. The hold time right now is six minutes, so I pressed one still haven’t heard from ANYONE my guess is they don’t want your business

Absolutely terrible company. My propane tank has a leak, smelled the propane, called for emergency service. Was told to shut off the line and wait for a tech to call. Waited for over an hour, finally got a call, by this time my tank was empty. Was told they would send a tech out, was given a quote by the tech, waited for a few hours, then was called and told I don’t have a contract with them, my tank is privately owned, (I had already explained this). So, I lost a half a tank of propane, was quoted 1200$ to check and fill the tank, then I was told that because I don’t lease a tank from them, that they couldn’t come until Monday to check anything. This was during peak hours, so, had they told me in the first place while i was on the phone, that they wouldn’t service, I could’ve called someone else. Now I have to go 3 days without gas, no hot water, no stove and we have to cancel my birthday party because we can’t cook anything. So, not only did they lose this disabled veterans business, but they lost the money to fill and fix whatever the issue is. I requested that the tech have his manager call me, so I could explain the situation. Guess what!! She didn’t call. United propane is getting a terrible review, not only for bad customer service, but, as the new owner of this home, as I explained to them, they chose not to tell me whether they could help or not. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if that was at all possible. Do not call this company in any type of emergency and don’t expect any type of timely response if you have one.
