“All of our interactions with Enderby Gas have been positive, but yesterday’s experience was so exceptional that we felt compelled to share it.

We had scheduled a technician to come to our home to check for a possible gas leak. Ken from Enderby Gas called in the morning, but I didn’t recognize the number and didn’t think to check the voicemail. When he called again later in the afternoon around 3:30 or 4 I decided I should answer. He explained that he had tried reaching us earlier, and I told him I hadn’t recognized the number but that my husband was home because he had taken the day off for the appointment. Ken said he would head our way shortly.

When he arrived, he wasn’t the slightest bit frustrated that I had missed his earlier call. I felt bad since it was so late in the day, but he immediately put us at ease. He introduced himself, asked about our concerns, and walked us through everything he planned to check. After each step, he explained what he found and what he would be looking at next. His clear communication helped us feel calm and confident that we were in good hands.

Ken was kind, patient, and thoroughly professional. By the time he left, we felt completely reassured, no leaks, no lingering worries. He gave us genuine peace of mind. He honestly felt like a friend we’d known for years. Such a good man and such outstanding service.”
