Propane in Justin, TX

“All of our interactions with Enderby Gas have been positive, but yesterday’s experience was so exceptional that we felt compelled to share it.

We had scheduled a technician to come to our home to check for a possible gas leak. Ken from Enderby Gas called in the morning, but I didn’t recognize the number and didn’t think to check the voicemail. When he called again later in the afternoon around 3:30 or 4 I decided I should answer. He explained that he had tried reaching us earlier, and I told him I hadn’t recognized the number but that my husband was home because he had taken the day off for the appointment. Ken said he would head our way shortly.

When he arrived, he wasn’t the slightest bit frustrated that I had missed his earlier call. I felt bad since it was so late in the day, but he immediately put us at ease. He introduced himself, asked about our concerns, and walked us through everything he planned to check. After each step, he explained what he found and what he would be looking at next. His clear communication helped us feel calm and confident that we were in good hands.

Ken was kind, patient, and thoroughly professional. By the time he left, we felt completely reassured, no leaks, no lingering worries. He gave us genuine peace of mind. He honestly felt like a friend we’d known for years. Such a good man and such outstanding service.”

“5 stars based on customer service. Actually did not rent a truck here, they did not have what we were needing BUT he took the time to provide me the location and phone number of the nearest 'competitor' what had the type of truck we were needing (26' box with liftgate). For taking the time to assist someone who was not a paying customer, I would have to believe they offer the same great service to those that are paying customers.”

“Amy D was a rock star during the winter storm. She took great care of us and made sure we stayed in business by getting us refilled on timely basis. Sometimes getting trucks to us multiple times a day!”

“Went in today and got great service getting propane from Scott. Seemed liked they were running a tight operation so id discount some older reviews. Would recommend.”
