Online order placed at 4:45. "Ready" at 5:03 according to the APP. The lie detector determined THAT was a lie. We waited until after 6pm. Walk in customers were served while online customers were not taken care of, but told "we're working on it". One online customer who was waiting, and waiting and waiting got sick and had to walk out. A worker left one girl to handle all orders then stepped back in. Not sure if I even saw him come back after the second time he walked out. The restaurant looked like a doctor's office on a busy day. We then get an order for four sandwiches that is INCORRECT. Do better, I want a full refund for the garbage you served up and the lousy customer service.

Second time coming to this location and my order was not ready on time. Had to wait 20 minutes beforei could get my order. Pick up time was 4:45pm finally got my food at 5:05 pm Was told by the worker that I have to wait until he finishes up with the walk ins first. What is the point in ordering 2 hours ahead of time if you cannot pick it up on time? Will not be shopping at this particular location anymore.

Typical subway sandwich. I wouldn’t come if I didn’t like the taste. The main issue I have with this location is that the mobile/app ordering experience is pretty awful. The sandwiches are never prepared when they are supposed to be ready. On numerous occasions I have ordered on the app and when I have arrived at the store I have to basically get in line for my order to be prepared. This last time I was there it took an additional 25-30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready before I actually got my food. That pretty much defeats the purpose of the mobile order. Seems to be staffing related issues but unless you have time to spare you’re better off just going in to the store or driving to a different location to get your food faster.

Was there recently and as me and my wife walked in all I smelled was rotten meat and vegetables the 2 employees took 10mins to come our from the back and got attitude with my wife over a coupon on her phone saying they can't do it cuz they stopped yet we still get them through the app, those 2 guys need to get fired and the food prep needs to be better before someone gets sick

I went to this location with a coupon for two 12” subs for $12.99. When they rang it up it was $20.00 I asked why and they said that’s the way the coupons work. I have reached out to the owner with no reply. I am now waiting for a reply from corporate. This is actually the second time this has happened. I didn’t catch the first one that coupon was 6” sub for $6.53 I had two coupons and was charged $15.00

I have to give some time to write a review for the new employee's at Subway in Justin, it was about 15 minutes before closing and a young man (employee) was taking out the trash. I asked, are ya'll closed and his reply was "no sir" we are still open. So I walked in and the two young ladies took my order and said "no problem sir" that they were still open. I was impressed with their great attitude. To the manger of subway in Justin, hats off to your new young employees, Sara, Maddie, and the young man (no name). I will be back and hope they are still there!!!

Got to the store at 830pm and lights off and closed, but open sign was still on. Unacceptable!

i placed an online/mobile order. i wanted lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, ranch, and parmesan cheese. there’s no ranch, no banana peppers, and a couple green peppers on my sandwich. the boy and girl who helped me were sweet, but my sandwich was disappointing :( especially with an online order that has everything i want laid out.

Employees had the door locked and were just sitting down watching people try to come in. Very unprofessional, and the employees applied for the job. So they need to do their job because they are getting paid for nothing.

I ordered two sandwiches and SunChips thru their app for delivery. They delivered the wrong sandwiches as well as the wrong chips. I called the store. They wouldn’t make it right and deliver the correct order. I would not recommend going here.

New guy trying his best and the manager belittling him the whole time talking about how smart he is and bragging about the efficient way he does everything . And the food sucked .
